Our company was founded in 1995 by Salvatore Interlandi and is based in Kernersville, NC.
We have worked closely with hundreds of contractors on home designs varying in size, from starter homes to large estates, award-winning designs shown in the Parade of Homes, as well as designs shown in the prestigious Showcase of Homes.
We offer a wide variety of customizable house plans to choose from, with more than 1,000 plans available in different architectural styles and floorplans. All of our designs are computer generated.
Our desire is to design beautiful homes of elegant proportions, homes that live well, and homes that say something about the people who live there.
