Our company was founded in 1995 by Salvatore Interlandi and is based in Kernersville, NC.

We have worked closely with hundreds of contractors on home designs varying in size from starter homes to large estates on award-winning designs shown in the Parade of Homes as well as the prestigious Showcase of Homes.

We offer a wide variety of customizable house plans to choose from, with more than 1,000 plans available in different architectural styles and floorplans.  All of our designs are computer generated and can be created in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional formats. 

Our desire is to design beautiful homes of elegant proportions, homes that live well, and homes that say something about the people who live there.

What's Included in Our House Plan Sets?

• a drawing showing what the finished house will look like from the outside
• the foundation layout, including support walls, excavated and unexcavated areas, if any, foundation notes and details, and floor framing
• the layout of each floor of the house
• the roof plan showing a view of the overall layout of the roof, ridges, valleys, and slopes
• front, rear, left and right side elevations of the house
• wall section details, and
• the structural plan.
